Easy Pie Roll-Ups

Ready in just 30 minutes, these incredibly easy Pear Pie Roll-Ups will be your go-to dessert!

We made this version with fresh pear, cinnamon and Fisher® Pecans, but this recipe is super flexible; you can use any fruit or nut you like! Apples and Fisher®  Walnuts, Fisher® Dried Sweeten Cranberries and Fisher® Sliced Almonds, the possibilities are endless! We suggest using whichever seasonal flavors your family will love. Try serving with ice cream for a more decadent dessert.


  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Fisher® Chopped Pecans
  • 1 small pear, sliced
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8-ounce)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Coat the pear slices in the melted butter and set aside.
  4. Arrange crescent roll triangles on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture onto each triangle and top evenly with the chopped pecans.
  6. Place a pear slice on the wide end of each triangle. Wrap crescent roll dough around each pear.
  7. Brush each crescent roll with remaining butter. Sprinkle lightly with additional cinnamon (optional). 
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
