  • Everybody’s favorite Apple Cinnamon Bread just got better! Add Fisher® Walnuts into the mix for a crunch that you’ll wonder how you ever did without.


  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Granny Smith apples (about 1 large)
  • 1/2 cup chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Whisk oil, sugar, honey and eggs together in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let bread sit for 10 minutes then turn out onto a rack, and let cool completely.
