Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup green grapes, stemmed
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • ½ cup Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 ½ cup spinach, washed, about 1 ½ oz.
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • ¾ cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. In the blender, purée the grapes, banana, walnuts, pineapple, spinach and honey until smooth, stopping to rearrange the ingredients for better blending, as needed. 
  2. Measure the water in a 2-cup measuring cup, adding ice until the total amount equals 1 ½ cups. Pour into the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Garnish with additional chopped walnuts, if desired. Enjoy!
