Honey Ginger Glazed Carrots

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add carrots and cook uncovered, until tender, about 8 minutes.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl. Drain carrots well and toss with honey glaze.
