Preheat oven to 250°F. Coat a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl toss together wheat cereal, sesame sticks and cashews.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine butter, teriyaki, sesame oil, sugar, cayenne pepper and salt. Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until butter is melted. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, toss to coat.
Transfer cereal mixture to prepared pan and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
