DIRECTIONS
- Combine flour and seasoned salt in medium bowl. Whisk eggs and 2 tablespoons water in second bowl. Place Fisher® Almond Flour in third large bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then coat completely in almond flour. Place on baking sheet.
- Heat oil in large pot to 375°F. Cook chicken, a few pieces at a time, 3-4 minutes or until crisp, golden brown, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Drain on paper towel-lined plate. Serve with your favorite condiments and dipping sauces.

Tips
Use your oven: Heat oven to 400°F. Coat chicken as directed; arrange on wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet. Spray chicken with cooking spray. Bake 20 minutes, turning chicken halfway, or until internal temperature registers 165°F.
For a gluten-free version, substitute cornstarch for the all-purpose flour.
