Fisher® Almond Flour
1/4 cup
brown sugar
1/4 cup
granulated sugar
1/4 cup
(1/2 stick) cold butter, cut up
1 pinch
ground cinnamon
1 pinch
ground nutmeg
Filling:
1 pound
fresh strawberries, trimmed, halved
4 cups
mixed fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1/4 cup
granulated sugar
3 tablespoons
cornstarch
1 tablespoon
lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
- For Streusel:
- Combine ingredients in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until well blended and mixture is loose and crumbly. Refrigerate 30 min.
- For Filling:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Combine ingredients in large bowl until evenly coated. Spoon into 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Sprinkle with prepared Streusel, breaking up any large clumps. Place plate on baking sheet.
- Bake 30-40 minutes or until top is golden brown and fruit is bubbly. Cool slightly and serve warm.
