INGREDIENTS

5 ounces
unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
6 ounces
semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped, divided
1/2 cup
(1 stick) unsalted butter

eggs
1-1/2 cups
sugar
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla
2/3 cup
flour
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
table salt
2 ounces
milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine unsweetened chocolate, 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on 50% power 30 seconds. Let stand 30 seconds; stir. Repeat until chocolate is mostly melted.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed about 5 minutes or until thick and light in color. Add vanilla and melted chocolate mixture; mix on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Gently stir into chocolate mixture. Add remaining semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate and Fisher® Walnuts. Mix gently. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Heat oven to 350°F. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 15 minutes or until cookies have cracked on top and appear dry. Cool on pans 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely.

Tips

Use small ice cream scoop to evenly portion cold dough.
