DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 325°F. Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over the sides. Lightly coat with nonstick spray.
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Mix eggs, bananas, brown sugar, vanilla and 7 tablespoons butter in separate bowl until smooth. Add banana mixture to flour mixture; gently stir with rubber spatula just until combined. Stir in 2/3 cup Fisher® Walnuts. Spoon evenly into pan.
- Combine remaining 1 tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup nuts and turbinado sugar. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 55-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
