For simple pesto sauce, stick to this ratio: ¾ cup Fisher® Nuts, 2 cups greens or herbs, ½ cup olive oil, and a generous pinch of salt. Add grated cheese if desired.

Simply sweet glazed nuts are this easy: Combine 1 cup nuts, 1 tbsp. water, ¼ cup sugar and 2 tsp. spices in nonstick skillet and cook 5 min. Spread onto foil-lined baking sheet and bake 10 min. at 300˚F.

Make homemade nut butter by blending 2 cups nuts with ⅔ cup oil until smooth. Add spices, salt or honey, to taste if desired.

Prepare homemade nut milk by soaking 1 cups nuts in water overnight in the refrigerator. Drain, then blend with 3 cups fresh water and a pinch of salt until smooth. Add a few dried fruits or some honey for sweetness.

VEGAN CREAM

Vegan Option - For dairy-free “cream” sauce, soak 1-1/2 cups cashews in water overnight in the refrigerator. Drain, then blend with 1-¼ cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk, 1 tsp. salt and ½ tsp. garlic powder until smooth.
