INGREDIENTS

1 cup
(6 ounces) fresh raspberries (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup
Fisher® Whole Almonds
2 tablespoons
seedless raspberry jam
1 tablespoon
honey
1 dash
almond extract
1 cup
unsweetened almond milk
Ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend berries, Fisher® Almonds, jam, honey and extract in blender until pureed, stopping and scraping side of blender as needed.
  2. Measure almond milk in 2-cup measuring cup and add enough ice to equal 2 cups; add to blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with additional raspberries and sliced almonds, if desired.
