honey
1-1/2 cups
grated Granny Smith apples (about 1 large)
1-1/4 cups
all-purpose flour
3/4 cup
whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup
chopped Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
table salt

DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F and prepare 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking sp
- Whisk eggs, oil, sugar and honey in large bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until blended. Spoon into prepared pan.
- Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
