INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup
low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup
orange or pineapple juice
1 tablespoon
honey
1 teaspoon
Chinese five spice
1-1/2 pounds
pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon
cornstarch
1/2 cup
Fisher® Sliced Almonds, toasted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine teriyaki sauce, juice, honey and spice in large resealable bag. Pierce tenderloin all over with a fork and place in bag. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to marinate.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high. Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill meat 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150ºF, turning every 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  3. Meanwhile, combine reserved marinade and cornstarch in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in Fisher® Almonds. Slice meat and serve with sauce.

Tips

Use your oven: Marinate meat as directed. Heat oven to 425°F. Place tenderloin on baking sheet. Bake 25-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Continue as directed.
