INGREDIENTS

round brie cheese (8 ounces)
2 tablespoons
butter
3/4 cup
Fisher® Walnut Halves and Pieces, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons
honey
1/4 teaspoon
kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon
ground black pepper
2 tablespoons
pomegranate seeds
2 teaspoons
chopped fresh parsley
Crackers or toasted bread, for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place cheese on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Use paring knife to lightly score the top in a crisscross pattern.
  2. Bake 10-14 minutes or until inside of cheese is softened, but outside remains intact.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in small nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add Fisher® Walnuts and honey. Cook 2-3 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Carefully transfer cheese to serving platter. Top with nut mixture, pomegranate seeds and parsley. Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
