INGREDIENTS

2 cups
old-fashioned oats
1 cup
Fisher® Chef’s Naturals® Pecan Halves, roughly chopped
2/3 cup
Fisher® Chef’s Naturals® Pecan Flour
1/3 cup
unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup
flaxseed meal
3 tablespoons
coconut sugar or light brown sugar
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
table salt
1/2 cup
maple syrup
1/2 cup
coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon
vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 300°F. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; stir until combined. Spread onto large parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Press down firmly to pack together.
  2. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and firm, rotating baking sheet halfway. Cool completely on pan. Break into small pieces and store in airtight container at room temperature.
