- Place parsnips in large deep skillet. Cover with about 1 inch of water. Bring to boil on high heat. Simmer on low heat 15-20 minutes or until tender, adding additional water if needed. Drain any excess liquid.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan on medium-high heat. Add Fisher® Pecans and spices. Cook and stir 1 minute. Remove nuts from pan. Add maple syrup to pan; bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 5 minutes.
- Toss parsnips with maple syrup, sprinkle with nuts, and season with salt.
