INGREDIENTS

1 package
(16 ounces) gluten-free brownie mix
1/4 cup
(1/2 stick) butter, melted
2
eggs
1-1/2 cups
sweetened shredded coconut
2/3 cup
sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup
Fisher® Sliced Almonds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9x9-inch baking pan with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine brownie mix, butter and eggs (plus water if directed on package) in bowl. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 15 minutes. Combine coconut and condensed milk in medium bowl. Spoon over brownies, gently spreading to cover. Sprinkle with Fisher® Almonds.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting.

Tips

Prepare using regular brownie mix, following directions for 9x9-inch pan.
