fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup
water
1 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals® Pecan Halves
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
packed lemon zest

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients in heavy medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Simmer on low heat about 10 minutes or until most of cranberries have burst, stirring occasionally. Transfer to bowl. Cool, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.
