- Heat oven to 350°F. Combine popcorn and Fisher® nuts in extra-large bowl.
- Heat honey and butter in small saucepan on low heat 2-3 minutes or until butter is melted. Pour over popcorn mixture; stir gently to coat. Spread evenly onto large rimmed baking sheet with coated with nonstick spray.
- Bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
