INGREDIENTS

1-3/4 cups
sugar
1-1/2 cups
(3 sticks) unsalted butter
1/2 cup
water
1/4 cup
honey
2 teaspoons
table salt
2 cups
semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups
chopped Fisher® Pecan Halves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line 15x10-inch baking pan with foil and prepare with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, water, honey and salt in large saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cook about 20 minutes or until mixture is a deep caramel color and reaches 310°F on a candy thermometer, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour mixture onto prepared pan. Use potholders to tilt pan to spread toffee evenly. Cool 5 minutes. Top with chocolate chips. Let stand 1 minute. Use spatula to spread chocolate evenly. Top with Fisher® Pecans. Refrigerate 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store at room temperature.
