- Line 15x10-inch baking pan with foil and prepare with nonstick spray.
- Combine sugar, butter, water, honey and salt in large saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cook about 20 minutes or until mixture is a deep caramel color and reaches 310°F on a candy thermometer, stirring frequently.
- Pour mixture onto prepared pan. Use potholders to tilt pan to spread toffee evenly. Cool 5 minutes. Top with chocolate chips. Let stand 1 minute. Use spatula to spread chocolate evenly. Top with Fisher® Pecans. Refrigerate 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store at room temperature.
