A tasty favorite. Flavorful quinoa topped with Sliced Almonds for the perfect lunch or dinner

DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in ovenproof saucepan or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add onions, salt and paprika. Cook and stir 3-5 min. or until onions are translucent. Stir in quinoa. Cook 2 minutes or until you hear it “crackling.” Stir in water and ½ cup Fisher® Almonds. Bring to boil. Cover with lid.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or quinoa is fluffy and slightly separated. Fluff quinoa with fork and stir in lemon juice. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Serve immediately.
