INGREDIENTS

1 cup
chopped drained roasted red peppers
1/2 cup
Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
2 cloves
garlic, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon
ground cumin
1 pinch
cayenne pepper
1/2 cup
mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS

  1. Process all ingredients, except mayonnaise in food processor 1 minute or until very smooth.
  2. Spoon into bowl; stir in mayo. Season to taste with salt and additional cayenne. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, pita chips or veggie dippers.
