cod fillets (about 1-1/2 pounds)
1/2 cup
panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup
Fisher® Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup
shredded Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons
olive oil
1/2 teaspoon
dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon
garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Arrange fish on pan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Press onto tops of fillets.
  3. Bake 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F, or until fish is opaque and separates easily with a fork.
