soy sauce
2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
honey
2 tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoons
toasted sesame oil
1-1/2 tablespoons
rice wine vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons
grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
8 ounces
thin rice noodles

orange or red bell pepper, thinly sliced

sliced cooked chicken breast

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk first 8 ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain well.
  2. Heat ¼ cup soy sauce mixture in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 2 minutes or until softened. Add chicken, peas, onions and Fisher® nuts. Stir until heated through.
  3. Arrange noodles on serving platter; top with chicken mixture. Drizzle with remaining soy sauce mixture. Garnish with cilantro and lemons.

Tips

For a quick and easy option, use a prepared rotisserie chicken.
