White Chocolate Bark with Pretzels

INGREDIENTS

1 pound
white chocolate chips
1 cup
Fisher® Whole Almonds, toasted, chopped
1/2 cup
Fisher® Dried Sweetened Cranberries
1 cup
coarsely chopped pretzels

DIRECTIONS

  1. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring until completely melted. Stir in Fisher® Almonds and Cranberries. Spread onto wax paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with pretzels.
  2. Let stand until chocolate is firm. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Tips

To toast almonds, spread onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes or until one shade darker in color, stirring occasionally.
