chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed

Fisher® Pecan Chips, divided
3 tablespoons
butter, melted

cream cheese, softened

white baking chocolate, finely chopped, melted
1 teaspoon
vanilla

plus ¼ cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup
raspberry preserves

DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare 8x8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Combine cookie crumbs, ½ cup Fisher® Pecans and butter in small bowl. Press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese, melted chocolate and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each. Blend in 2/3 cup sugar. Pour over crust, smoothing top.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until firm. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
- Microwave preserves in small microwaveable bowl 30 seconds or until runny. Spoon over dessert. Refrigerate 6 hours or until firm.
- Combine remaining ½ cup nuts and remaining ¼ cup sugar in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until nuts are coated with melted sugar, stirring frequently. Cut dessert into bars then sprinkle with glazed nuts.
