Cinnamon Sugar Candied Nuts

Have you ever walked down the mall corridor and had your nose bombarded with the sweet, mouthwatering aromas of cinnamon and sugar? It’s like a magnetic pull has you speed walking to the source of the smell: Deliciously sweet candied nuts...which likely cost a fortune.

Why spend money on “mall nuts” when you can make them yourself? This fresh twist on mall nuts in the form of Fisher Almonds and Pecans coated in cinnamon sugar will have you salivating from the comfort of your home.


  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cup Fisher® raw almonds, whole
  • 1 cup Fisher® raw pecan halves


  1. Combine egg white and water in a bowl. Whisk for about 10 seconds.
  2. Combine Fisher®® almonds and pecans with egg wash. Set aside.
  3. Combine brown sugar, white sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Stir sugar mixture in with almonds and pecans.
  5. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, distribute coated nuts evenly.
  6. Bake at 300°F for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
