Heat oven to 350°F. Combine sugar and pepper in medium bowl then spread onto baking sheet. Press each bacon slice into sugar mixture, coating both sides. Transfer bacon to parchment paper-lined large rimmed baking sheet. Discard any remaining sugar mixture.
Bake 10-15 minutes or until bacon is browned. Cool on pan 3 min. Cool completely on wire rack.
Melt chocolate in microwave or stovetop as directed on package. Dip each bacon slice halfway into chocolate then immediately coat with Fisher® Almonds. Let stand on parchment paper until chocolate is firm.
