Dressing:

apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons
sugar
1 tablespoon
vegetable oil
2 teaspoons
grated fresh ginger
Salad:
3 cups
cabbage slaw blend
2-1/2 cups
shredded rotisserie chicken meat
2 cups
shredded romaine lettuce
3/4 cup
Fisher® Sliced Almonds, toasted
1/2 cup
chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup
sliced green onions

DIRECTIONS

  1. For Dressing:
  2. Whisk ingredients in small bowl until well blended. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
  3. For Salad:
  4. Toss ingredients in large bowl. Add Dressing just before serving; toss to coat.

Tips

To toast almonds, spread onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
