INGREDIENTS

green onions, roughly chopped
4 slices
bacon, crisply cooked, chopped
8 ounces
cream cheese, softened
2 cups (8 ounces)
shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon
hot pepper sauce
3/4 cup
chopped Fisher® Dry Roasted Peanuts, divided

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add onions, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, hot sauce, and ¼ cup Fisher® Peanuts to food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Place remaining ½ cup peanuts on small plate. Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in peanuts. Refrigerate until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers and vegetable dippers.
  3. For a game day appetizer, shape cheese mixture into a football shape. Cut an additional green onion into long slivers and place on cheese ball to resemble stitching.
