DIRECTIONS
- For Dressing: Whisk first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil until well blended.
- For Salad: Arrange tomatoes, cucumbers and mozzarella overlapping on serving plate. Top with Fisher® Pine Nuts, olives and basil. Drizzle with Dressing.
