- Heat oven to 400°F. Unfold 1 pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Cut into 9 squares. Top each square with a few Fisher® Pecans, 1 Brie piece, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of thyme.
- Brush egg onto edges of dough. Bring opposite corners together; pinch edges to seal. Place pastries on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pastry and ingredients. Freeze 10 minutes.
- Brush tops of pastries with remaining egg. Bake 18-20 minutes or until and pastry is golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
