INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
curry powder
1 teaspoon
lime juice
1 teaspoon
honey
1/2 teaspoon
ground ginger
2 cups
diced rotisserie chicken
1/2
Granny Smith apple, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup
chopped celery
1/4 cup
golden raisins
1/2 cup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Add chicken, apples, celery and raisins; mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  2. When ready to serve, stir in Fisher® Cashews.
