INGREDIENTS

1 cup
(2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut up
6 ounces
unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
1-2/3 cups
sugar

eggs, lightly beaten
1-1/2 teaspoons
vanilla
1-1/2 cups
flour
1-1/4 cups
Fisher® Pecan Halves, chopped, divided
1/2 teaspoon
table salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Place butter and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine flour, ¾ cup Fisher® Pecans and salt in large bowl. Add chocolate mixture; mix just until combined. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining nuts.
  4. Bake 23-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting.
