1/3 cup
vegetable oil
1/3 cup
maple syrup
2 tablespoons
molasses
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon
almond extract
2 cups
old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup
Fisher® Walnuts Halves and Pieces, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup
unsweetened flaked coconut
1/4 cup
Fisher® Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup
unsalted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup
unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup
Fisher® Dried Sweetened Cranberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl until well blended
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, except Fisher® Cranberries in large bowl. Add liquid mixture. Gently stir until combined. Spread onto large parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway. Cool slightly on pan. Stir in cranberries; cool completely. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
