- Bring water, lentils, ginger and salt to boil in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes or until lentils are tender. (Do not overcook.)
- Meanwhile, heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened and browned. Stir in Fisher® Walnuts, chili powder and curry; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Add onion mixture and cilantro to lentils in pan; mix gently. Sprinkle with additional cilantro before serving, if desired.
