INGREDIENTS

8 cups
popped popcorn
1 cup
Fisher® Cashew Halves & Pieces
1 cup
Fisher® Roasted Salted Peanuts
1/2 cup
honey
1/4 cup
(1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut up

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Combine popcorn and Fisher® nuts in extra-large bowl.
  2. Heat honey and butter in small saucepan on low heat 2-3 minutes or until butter is melted. Pour over popcorn mixture; stir gently to coat. Spread evenly onto large rimmed baking sheet with coated with nonstick spray.
  3. Bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.

Tips

A standard microwave popcorn pouch yields about 9 cups of popped popcorn.
