INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 cups
graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup
(1 stick) butter, melted
1 can
(14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup
sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup
Fisher® Chopped Macadamias
3/4 cup
Fisher® Dried Sweetened Cranberries
3/4 cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine graham crumbs and butter in bowl. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Pour condensed milk evenly over crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Gently press down with back of spatula.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan before cutting. Store covered at room temperature for up to 5 days.

Tips

For a fresh twist, spread ½ cup raspberry jam onto graham cracker layer.
