INGREDIENTS

12 large
white mushrooms
2 slices
uncooked bacon
2 cloves
garlic, finely chopped
4 ounces
cream cheese
1/2 cup
finely chopped Fisher® Pecan Halves
1 tablespoon
sliced green onions (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Remove mushroom stems and finely chop. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet.
  2. Cook bacon in medium skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove from skillet to paper towel-lined plate, reserving drippings. Add garlic and chopped mushroom stems to drippings in skillet. Cook 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Crumble bacon into skillet and stir in Fisher® Pecans. Fill each mushroom cap with a rounded spoonful of mixture.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until mushroom caps are tender. Sprinkle with green onions, if using.
