INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup
old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup
milk
1 tablespoon
maple syrup
1/4 cup
Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
1/4 cup
fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons
Fisher® Dried Sweetened Cranberries
1 tablespoon
coconut chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine oats, milk and maple syrup in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Layer oat mixture, Fisher® Walnuts, berries and coconut alternately in serving dish.

Tips

To enjoy warm, microwave oat mixture 1-2 minutes or until warm. Layer with ingredients as directed.
Prepare using your favorite nondairy milk.
Maple-Glazed Walnuts – Combine 1-1/2 cups Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces, 1/3 cup maple syrup and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt in nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat until syrup is caramelized and nuts are lightly toasted, stirring frequently. Cool completely.
