Filling:
1 can
(14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
6 tablespoons
butter, cut up
1/3 cup
brown sugar
2 tablespoons
light corn syrup
3/4 teaspoon
vanilla
1/8 teaspoon
table salt
Topping:
1 cup
bittersweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup
Fisher® Whole Almonds, coarsely chopped

DIRECTIONS
- For Crust:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line bottom of 13x9-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat butter, sugars and salt in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Scrape bowl then add egg yolk and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add Fisher® Almond Flour; mix until well blended. Spread dough onto prepared pan.
- Bake 20-30 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool completely in pan.
- For Filling:
- Combine ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until temperature registers 225-230°F on thermometer, stirring constantly until caramel thickens and begins to pull away from side of pan. Pour over cooled crust, spreading evenly with rubber spatula. Refrigerate until chilled.
- For Topping:
- Microwave chocolate in small bowl on 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until completely melted. Spread over cooled caramel layer. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 12 bars.
