INGREDIENTS

Chicken
1 cup
Fisher® Pecan Chips
1/3 cup
plain dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon
seafood seasoning or seasoned salt

eggs
1 pound
chicken breast tenderloins
3 tablespoons
olive oil
Mustard-Dill Sauce
1/3 cup
mayonnaise
1/3 cup
Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1 tablespoon
mustard seed, crushed
1 teaspoon
chopped fresh dill

DIRECTIONS

  1. For Chicken: Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine Fisher® Pecans, bread crumbs and seasoning in medium bowl. Whisk eggs separate bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in nut mixture, pressing firmly to adhere. Arrange on baking sheet. Drizzle chicken with oil on both sides
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until well browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. For Mustard-Dill Sauce: Whisk ingredients until well blended. Serve with chicken for dipping.
