plain dry bread crumbs

seafood seasoning or seasoned salt

Mustard-Dill Sauce
1/3 cup
mayonnaise
1/3 cup
Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1 tablespoon
mustard seed, crushed
1 teaspoon
chopped fresh dill

DIRECTIONS
- For Chicken: Heat oven to 375°F.
- Combine Fisher® Pecans, bread crumbs and seasoning in medium bowl. Whisk eggs separate bowl.
- Dip chicken in egg, then coat in nut mixture, pressing firmly to adhere. Arrange on baking sheet. Drizzle chicken with oil on both sides
- Bake 20 minutes or until well browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- For Mustard-Dill Sauce: Whisk ingredients until well blended. Serve with chicken for dipping.
