INGREDIENTS

1 pound
bulk Italian sausage
1 cup
chopped onions
3/4 cup
chopped celery
12 ounces
seasoned stuffing cubes
3/4 cup
Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
2-1/4 cups
chicken broth
2 tablespoons
melted butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare 13x9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Brown sausage with onions and celery in large skillet on medium-high heat 10-15 minutes, breaking up large pieces of sausage with wooden spoon. Drain excess fat.
  3. Combine stuffing cubes and Fisher® Walnuts in large bowl; add sausage mixture, broth and butter. Toss to combine. Spoon into prepared pan. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake 25 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 20 minutes or until top is browned and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
