DIRECTIONS
- Whisk cream cheese, sour cream and milk in bowl until smooth and well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season to taste with ground black pepper. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Serve with toasted bread, crackers, pita chips or veggie dippers. Garnish with additional Fisher® Pecans and chives, if desired.
