DIRECTIONS
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in bowl until well blended.
- Heat peanut oil in large skillet or wok on high heat. Add onions, ginger and garlic; stir briefly until fragrant. Add bell peppers, broccoli and carrots; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add shrimp; stir-fry 3 minutes or until flesh is pearly or white and opaque. Stir in sauce mixture; cook 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
