INGREDIENTS

Shrimp
1/4 cup
flour

egg
3/4 cup
panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup
Fisher® Chopped Walnuts
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
1 pinch
cayenne pepper
1 pound
large peeled & deveined raw shrimp
Citrus Sauce
2/3 cup
orange juice
1/4 cup
low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup
Karo® Light Corn Syrup
3 tablespoons
brown sugar
1 tablespoon
cornstarch

DIRECTIONS

  1. For Shrimp: Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place flour in shallow dish. Beat egg with 1 teaspoon water in second shallow dish. Combine panko, Fisher® Walnuts, salt and pepper in in third dish.
  3. Coat shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat in nut mixture, pressing firmly to adhere. Arrange on baking sheet coated with nonstick spray.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until flesh is pearly or white and opaque, turning halfway.
  5. For Citrus Sauce: Meanwhile, whisk ingredients in small saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, whisking frequently. Cook on medium heat 2 minutes or until sauce is clear and thick. Cool before serving with shrimp.
