INGREDIENTS

8 ounces
milk chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup
Fisher® Cashew Halves & Pieces, divided
1/8 teaspoon
flaky sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring until completely melted. Stir in ½ cup Fisher® Cashews. Spread onto wax paper-lined baking sheet to about ¼-inch thick. Sprinkle with salt and remaining nuts.
  2. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Cut into squares or small pieces. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
