DIRECTIONS
- For Cake: Heat oven to 375°F. Grease and flour 15x10-inch baking pan.
- Whisk first 6 ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
- Bring water, ½ cup butter, oil and cocoa to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Pour over flour mixture; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; whisk until blended. Pour into prepared pan, smoothing top.
- Whisk peanut butter, powdered sugar and melted butter in small bowl until blended. Drop heaping tablespoons onto batter in pan. Use tip of knife to swirl mixture into batter. Top with 1 cup Fisher® Walnuts.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove cake from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
- For Frosting: Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium-high speed until light in color and fluffy. Add chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and salt; mix well. Alternately add powdered sugar and buttermilk, mixing until well blended after each addition.
- Frost top of cake with Frosting. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.

Tips
To toast walnuts, arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes or until one shade darker in color, stirring occasionally.
