INGREDIENTS

1-1/4 cups
old-fashioned oats
1 cup
flour
1/2 cup
dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
table salt
1
egg
1/4 cup
(1/2 stick) very soft butter
1/4 cup
Karo® Light Corn Syrup
1 teaspoon
vanilla
3/4 cup
Fisher® Chopped Pecans
1 cup
butterscotch chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Beat egg, butter, corn syrup and vanilla in small bowl until well blended. Add to flour mixture; stir until blended. Stir in Fisher® Pecans and butterscotch chips. (Dough will be stiff.) Drop level tablespoons of dough onto prepared pan.
  4. Bake 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on pan 1 minute. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
