1/2 cup
vegetable oil
1/2 cup
brown sugar
1/2 cup
honey
1-1/2 cups
grated Granny Smith apples (about 1 large)
1-1/4 cups
all-purpose flour
3/4 cup
whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup
chopped Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
table salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F and prepare 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking sp
  2. Whisk eggs, oil, sugar and honey in large bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until blended. Spoon into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
